Maximal PSV in the  internal carotid is 69 cm/sec.  There is no significant stenosis.   There is antegrade flow in the vertebral artery.    LEFT SIDE: There is soft plaque in the proximal internal carotid  artery.  Maximum PSV in the internal carotid is 48 cm/sec.  There is   no significant stenosis.  There is antegrade flow in the vertebral  artery.          IMPRESSION:  1.  Calcified plaque on right, soft plaque on left. 2.
