We manually reviewed 428 randomly selected patients which had been selected for case inclusion criteria. The chart review was performed by three clinicians and every chart was doubly reviewed and adjudicated. As a result of the chart review, 320 cases were identified and 108 patients were excluded based on the exclusion criteria. The rule based exclusion algorithm for cases performed with a 89.5% PPV, with 27 false positives.
